WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Manage Vietnam led initiative for Air MI
  • Manage and drive business decisions related Programs
  • Facilitate program activities (weekly meetings, status reports, etc.)
  • Drive project teams' readiness for quarterly planning, including objectives estimation and prioritization activities
  • Lead the project and business teams through PI Planning process
  • Responsible for project milestones
  • Manage RAID log and response plans

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH


The Program Manager will work with the Air MI Production, Quality and Process Engineering, Operations, Technology team, Finance, Controlling, and Central Program Management team.

This role will also coordinate and collaborate with a cross-functional global team of AirMI stakeholders involved with the projects and external stakeholders.

You will be the single point of contact/liaison with AirMI Portfolio for all incoming Vietnam led work. Responsible for training PM best practices to Vietnam team. Triage government regulatory requirements with business partners to determine priority-setting.


WHAT YOU BRING:

  • High level proficiency in English spoken and written
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant technical program management experience or equivalent area of relevance.
  • PMP, Agile, or other program / project management certifications strongly preferred.
  • Project management tools, delivery management, or project support experience on an SAP project implementation.
  • Proven track record of identifying, trouble shooting, creating solutions and resolving sophisticated business issues.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proven track record for successful delivery of projects and working crossfunctionally with business and technology teams.
  • Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to organization.
  • Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.
  • Experience with large data projects in a manufacturing environment preferred
