Senior Project Manager:

About the role

The role of a Senior Project Manager is crucial to ensuring the successful delivery of renewable energy projects, to standardize and enhance the operation efficiency in APAC region.

This position will be based in Vietnam.

What You Will Do:

Responsible to track targeted projects which are schedule in Vietnam and ensure project plans and cost is within budget.
Tracking and reporting the progress of all construction works in each project and provide the sufficient support for all Jr. project manager(s) to smoothly execute the projects. Report risk and any safety incidents as required.
Track planning and delivery of PV equipment for projects per schedule, ontime and ensure planning for the laydown and manage issuance of items for installation (together with the construction manager)
Maintain the project development deployment pipeline plans and ensure resource allocation to projects to be developed.
Consolidate project targets and set individual project KPIs, reporting the dashboard every quarter.
Review and assist teammembers on contracts drafting, including detailed workscopes, setting of milestones and provision for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) requirements.
Weekly projects, and weekly contract review update.
From time to time, as required, support OE projects to improve efficiency, cycle times and accuracy for cost management/reporting.
