Work with cross departments to create BI/BA reporting for business operation/analytic

  • Collect data and generate overview reports during product development process
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical technique (which include but not limited to hypothesis testing, A/B testing etc) to produce/maintain advanced analysis report
  • Analyze and improve existing data sources, models, strategies and metrics
  • Design, develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation to enhance data analysis capabilities
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple systems
  • Effective communication with leadership, tech and business teams
  • Manage a team of 35 DAs
  • Involve in the development and evolvement of the data architecture
  • Help junior and intermediate members enhance their careers and their skill sets in data analytics

Yêu cầu:


Technical Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Econometrics, or a relevant field.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools.
  • Strong experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing analytics, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Functional knowledge of machine learning techniques for data analysis and forecasting.
