The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals.

It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service.

About the Team:


  • Product Management is the team that works closely with the Regional Product Team and other crossfunctional partners to surface needs, prioritize, test, rollout, and iterate on products. We're focused on making incredible solutions for our customers, and that's why we are looking to hire a passionate and entrepreneurial team member who seeks to change the face of ecommerce as we know it.   • Gain a deep understanding of business strategies by gathering objectives, pain points and challenges from stakeholders
  • Analyze business pain points, leverage your technical understanding and creativity to propose innovative solutions that align with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and strategy. Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value and impact
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and vice versa
  • Facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations to ensure clear understanding and alignment across teams
  • Collaborate with business users to test new features and enhancements. Oversee feature rollouts, gathering feedback, and making necessary refinements

Requirements:


  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and generate practical solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the broader context and impact of technical solutions on business operations
  • Strong project management skills who is able to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Decent technical understanding, allowing effective communication with engineering teams
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a proactive approach to problemsolving
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management or any related fields.
  • Familiar with Product Management methodology (Agile and Scrum)
  • Techsavvy person who loves to experience new features and tools
