I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The Digital Team Leader is responsible for develop and execute Digital marketing campaign to enhance brand awareness, consideration on social platforms.

Leverage content and digital methods to enhance GS25 brand perceived value in consumer's mind that aligns with marketing and communication objective.

Tracking the effectiveness of online communication channels and observation market trends to propose recommendation for improvement.

Propose and develop the proper digital media marketing activities that aligns with the brand's positioning and appeals to the target audience.
Manage and make sure the execution of digital marketing activities and content that aligns with consumer trends
Build online community for Social Flatform through variety of content that suits Brand positioning and characteristic.
Plan and execute, optimize Ads performance on GG, FB, ect... to achieve KPI for each campaign.
Constantly tracking ads performance of digital campaign by web analytics, GG Analytics, FB Insightand propose for improvement to make sure efficiency CPC, CPE, CPM, CPV
Propose and develop new Digital channel to suitable with Campaign objective and insight target audience

Work and manage KOL/Influencers for content creation activities.

II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Communication/ Digital or related majors.
At least 34 years handon experience as a Digital Marketing Executive in Retail/F&B companies or Media Planner at Integrated Marketing Agency (Priority F&B, Pharmacy Retail or Beauty Retail).
Strong understanding about Digital campaign metrics and Digital planning.
Time management, datadriven thinking and analytical skills.
Good communication skills, Logical thinking
Creative and strategic thinking.
Analytical skills.
Customers oriented.
Can manage and prioritize competing demands and deadlines.
Able to adapt to changing priorities and strategies.
