Strategic Communications and Brand is responsible for protecting and promoting the UOB brand.
Working closely with our stakeholders, we create and execute integrated communications strategies to promote awareness and understanding of the Bank's approach to supporting its customers, colleagues and the communities in which it operates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall brand for UOB Vietnam to ensure that the brand is communicated effectively to internal and external audiences
- Plan, execute and manage brand campaigns and relevant brand activities endtoend to ensure objectives are met and brand KPIs are met, including awareness, consideration, and perception.
- Execute and manage Groupled brand campaigns to ensure adaptations are relevant to local market requirements and nuances
- Be the brand guardian and brand champion for the organisation to ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate identity guidelines and processes
- Collaborate closely with external communications, social media, internal communications for integrated marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate and support business units in their marketing campaigns and initiatives by providing brand advice, reviewing creatives and media buy.
- Assist Team Lead of SCB in managing and tracking the annual allocated Brand & CSR budget to ensure efficient and effective use to meet annual KPIs
- Accountable for corporate merchandising procurement, management and maintenance
- Manage external stakeholders to ensure brand programmes are delivered within timeline and budget, ie creative and media agencies, media partners, production houses, event managers, etc.
- Assist in execution of UOB's CSR activities including UOB Heartbeat, Painting of the Year.
- Plan and implement new CSR projects to further expand UOB's outreach to the community.
Job Requirements
- At least 6 years experience in the field of branding, marketing, advertising and/or communications. Knowledge and experience in banking industry will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor degree, post graduate diploma or professional degree in branding, advertising, marketing, communications or equivalent
- Possesses strong creative, strategic, analytical and communication skillsets
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across diverse personalities and backgrounds
- Experience in the digital, social media and corporate responsibility space, and good knowledge of sustainability will be a plus
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Team player with exceptional collaboration skills
