We are looking for a Product Analyst Intern who can help us leverage customer insights into product strategy, enhancements & prioritization to deliver the best-in-class private market solution.

Data Analysis

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to product usage, user behavior, and customer feedback.
Utilize analytical tools and techniques to interpret data and generate actionable recommendations for product improvements.
Assist in building and maintaining dashboards or reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product performance.

Feature Development

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product, design, engineer, and QA to prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business goals.
Assist in defining and refining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features or product updates.
Write comprehensive feature guides and documentation for newly developed features, including internal release notes, and help center articles.

Job Qualifications

Good communication and English skills.
Strong analytical, problemsolving, and timemanagement skills.
Curiosity to explore new domains and the instinct to leverage radical solutions to make users successful.
3rd/4thyear undergrad students or grad students.
