Key responsibilities:

Performing weekly payment/Preparing supporting documents for overseas payment/Bank reconciliations
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Clearing accounts receivable and issuing sales invoices (only backup role), perform AR reconciliation
Record AP invoices and perform AP reconciliations
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
Printing and filling document in box file (VAT invoice/receipt/payment voucher)
Prepare and submit tax reports (VAT/PIT/CIT/FCT)
Assist chief accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings, tax audit
Prepare local accounting report (Journal voucher/Trial balance) based on reports extracted from SAP (translate description, rework on multiple entries)


We value:

Minimum 2 years of experience

Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

Proficient in English for work and business purposes

Proficient in use of accounting system (knowledge SAP is an advantage )

Proficient in Microsoft office tools
