In a supervisory role

International Key Account Manager is able to clearly express business objectives, set goals, foster teamwork, and give performance feedback with assurance.

Support sales operations and competently carry out responsibilities in the Head of IBD's absence.
Execution Excellence
Drive revenue through prospecting Potential Markets & Key Accounts (KAs) among IBD & SEA
Gain a clear understanding of market demand, competitor activities, market benchmark and gather intelligence to have suitable approach.
Maintain and develop a profitable KAs portfolio through appropriate propositions sales methods.
Achieve KAs share/volume, distribution, visibility OOS, freshness minimizing stock return objectives.

Manage daily operations of KAs to ensure excellence execution including trade coverage, distribution plan, pricing strategy, running OTIF trade activities within respective markets.

Liaise internally in order to optimize quality of service, business growth and KAs satisfaction.

Assess business performance of KAs and also competitors within respective markets then provide feedback in order to improve and enhance business effectiveness.

Coordinate with Marketing team to create appropriate marketing plan and execution within respective markets, ensure smooth performance of all sales and marketing activities.

Manage all budgets and expenses effectively for KAs within respective markets.
Ensure all internal control procedures to the identification and resolution of cash and stock shortage discrepancy.
Attend and present at customer meetings, representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders by using key account metrics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

Training on the job Yêu cầu công việc - Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Foreign Trade/ or related.

  • Fluency in English is a must. Other language is advantage.
  • More than 5 years of experience in FMCG and international markets.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation & influencing skills.
  • Details and result oriented.
  • Demonstrated analytical, think both strategically & conceptually. Business and financial acumen.
  • Experience in motivating, coaching and developing bigger team.
  • Willing to support team member to achieve the personal and business goals.
