  • Manage the CRM dashboard to enhance CK Club member loyalty to the brand through the assurance of customer satisfaction, good shopping experience and brand preference:
  • Operate and develop the CRM dashboard to enhance CK Club member loyalty.
  • Create, implement, and execute customized programs/ offers/ schemes/ products to encourage customer retention & customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with related teams to deliver campaigns to CK Club members.
  • Set and test schemes, functional on CK CLUB every month.
  • Work closely with Supplier, IT to checking and solving issues on CK Club from customer, customer service, store, another department.
  • Analyze customers' feedback (online and offline) to improve customers' satisfaction.
  • Closely coordinate with Brand Experience/ MKT team, Operations, IT and other related departments to maximize the O2O opportunities and to ensure the CRM to work effectively for all aspects of Circle K.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers.
  • Assist the branding team in providing a consistent user experience across all CRM touchpoints.
  • Compose reports
  • Adhoc activities
  • Make and submit payment requests.

Yêu cầu công việc:


  • Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Experience in Mobile App, CRM system, loyalty system or other system is a need.
  • Great communication skills, written and verbal in both Vietnamese and English along with a customeroriented attitude.
  • Techsavvy
  • Good planning, analytical skills, attention to details and project management
  • Foresight to anticipate issues, set priorities and proactively develop strong relationships both internal and external
  • Positive thinking, cando attitude, and high level of integrity
