Our client is a leading medical group in Vietnam who is searching for an experienced talent to join their firm:

  • Lead and manage operational departments, overseeing nursing, facilities, patient services, and support services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, patient flow, and resource allocation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance workflow and patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient safety protocols.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to department heads and staff, fostering a positive work culture and professional growth.
  • Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and identify costsaving opportunities.
  • Uphold patientcentered care by ensuring seamless patient experiences, timely services, and highquality care delivery.
  • Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and safety protocols to create a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and legal requirements.
  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. At least 8+ years of work experience in hospital management or business administration. Proven experience in healthcare operations management, with a track record of leadership and achievement in a large organisation. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, industry trends, and quality standards. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions for process improvement. Budget management skills and financial acumen. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong organizational and project management skills. Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
