Market Development Leader (fulltime - onsite)**:

- **Team: Product Management |

Location:130 Trung Phụng, Xã Đàn, Đống Đa, HN

/ What will you do?_

Lead a small and lean team to expand ShopBase into new user segments & markets
Research new trends and products in the ecommerce industry in particular and SaaS in general to find fit product ideas
Conduct interview and communication with the present and potential customers of the company through facetoface/ online meetings to analyze insights, support the product development process
Work crossteam effectively, especially with Product development and Operations teams to brainstorm, build and implement new products launch process
Develop a plan of tracking product testing to come up with appropriate improvement suggestions
Craft a product promotion strategy in the market in the early stages of launching (including Marketing, Sales)

/ Requirements_

Have over 3 years of experience in product research or market development for software products or SaaS
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Good at analytical and problem solving skill
Interested in SaaS products and willing to learn about ecommerce operations and R&D roles within the company
