Responsibilities:


To prevent the incidents and problems from happening by:

  • Proactively address weaknesses, risks and problems on the system then have a remediation plan to mitigate it to improve quality of services.
  • Periodically review and assess the weaknesses and risks of the system.

Manage and hands-on incidents/problems solving activities:

  • Manage the troubleshooting and directly handle the incidents and problems relating to the banking system.
  • Analyze and conclude the root cause of the incidents and problems, define, and implement the solutions to recover the services quickly and prevent them from repeating.
  • Train and support.
  • Improve the operating processes and tools.
  • Monitor and report the compliance of the operational activities in real life.

Key Accountabilities:


  • Collaborate with the appropriate departments to deeply understand the system, as a basis for the efficient and stable operation of services.
  • Identify risks and coordinate with relevant units to propose methods to measure and minimize risks in the system operations.

Experience requirements:


  • A minimum of 8 years experience as a System Administrator or System Engineer.
  • Proficiency in developing and operating services.
  • Analytical mindset and good problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and responsible.
  • Capable of working under pressure.
  • Up to date with trends and developments in database administration.
  • English, according to Bank's regulations in each period.

Education requirements:


  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
