Our client is a foreigninvested company, now looking for an R&D Specialist (Fabric Softener/ Washing Liquid; $1100, ID13914)
Planning the product research in charge
Conduct research according to the planned plan
Acceptance and reception of research chemicals.
Presiding over the registration of product quality standards.
Create a new BOM
Develop mixing process, packaging specifications, and quality standards for semifinished and finished products
Handling customer complaints and production problems
Participate in supplier evaluation and contract review for equipment and services related to the department's research and development.
Report to the head of the R&D department

Requirement:

; Age:

Graduated from University with a major in Chemistry (Organic Chemistry is preferred)
13 years of experience in a similar position in the same industry
Good at English
