Job Purpose and Impact


The Digital Commercial Lead - APAC (Asia South) will lead and develop strategy, sales teams, and processes to achieve Cargill Digital Solutions portfolio for livestock nutrition and farm management adoption growth, leading to incremental margin for Cargill Animal Nutrition (CAN) organization or via direct fees on digital only sales or bundled/hybrid models with physical nutrition products and services.

In this role, you will provide strategic vision and tactical direction, oversee, and direct the responsibilities of employees and represent the organization working side by side with CAN strategic marketing and commercial teams in promoting and selling digital solutions products and services.

Key Accountabilities

  • Organize and coordinate sales operations in a specified geographical area
  • Evaluate market potential and the status of sales in the area
  • Plan and organize innovation and sales projects and activities for a geographical area
  • Engage in business development activities with potential business partners in the region
  • Identify potential customers and nurture existing customer relationships
  • Plan, develop and deliver the marketing and pricing strategy for products, services, and associated brands
  • Develop plans and deliver results in a fastchanging business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching, and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Strong sales/ commercial knowledges and business acumen of Animal Nutrition in Asia South
Experienced in P&L management
Proven record of key account/ commercial portfolio enhancement, and segment priority management
Strong C-level/ Senior Executives level influencing, business presentation, plus communication
Experienced in change driving champion, and team motivation
Familiar with digital solution and technology platforms
