- Oversee the provision of online payment services to payment acceptance entities.
- Identify market opportunities, envision strategies, and develop suitable product strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Business and Partner units to gain profound insights into target customers and propose product action plans to achieve business objectives.
- Establish product development requirements, manage backlogs to ensure development teams have a clear and comprehensive understanding of product feature requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams in defining product development requirements, providing solution consultancy, and identifying issues during product development to achieve set goals.
- Monitor product operation processes, analyze user data and feedback to measure product effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments for product enhancement and optimization.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Product Owner role in the Fintech or banking/financial industry (experience in payment gateway projects, e-wallets is advantageous).
- Experience working with large Enterprise clients, with negotiation and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to grasp individual customer needs, with experience in exchanging ideas, conducting surveys, and testing product hypotheses with real customers.
- Proficiency in research, data analysis, and decision-making.
- Experience in business development of financial products is a plus.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to comprehend specialized documents.
