In short:

An opportunity to become part of the world's fastest growing sports company has just become available in Ho Chi Minh City office.

As Component Planning Specialist, you are responsible for managing production tooling and component quality, as well to manage on time delivery of component, shoes components can be outsole, midsole and others related kind of bottom units.

As an important member of Supply Chain Team, you will be based in Ho Chi Minh with frequent travel within Vietnam and Indonesia.

Your Mission:

Manage component suppliers' capacity and update/refresh capacity every season to align with brand's forecast
Work closely with the production planners to track and ensure ontime sole deliveries
Proactively connect with relevant stakeholders to resolve any incidents of late delivery of component
Drive T2 component suppliers' performance to achieve KPIs of target delivery and to enhance fairplay mindset among suppliers
Live and share our commitment to sustainability and quality and drive initiatives that set On apart from all other brands
Other projects assigned by the team manager

Your story:

At least 13 years' experience in footwear planning and/or sole production
Good communication skill. Fluent in English
Teamwork spirit. Highly attentive to detail, function and quality
Able to travel on a regular basis between On's production and development partners
