Job summary:

Our client located in Hai Phong city, managing sourcing and OEM manufacturing here has the responsibility for providing finished products and excellent logistics service for customers from the third-party sources.

Our client is looking for experienced talents to join us who are up for the challenge to cope with their fast growing business here.

Responsibilities:

Represents the company in Vietnam as a check point for local approval of printed material, such as packaging, instructions, or marketing leaflets, to assure the quality and accuracy meeting Mattel standard.
Ensure all brand requirements such as color, copy, and graphics and product pack out are correctly executed in supply chain.
Support necessary artwork update as needed.
Partnering with cross functional teams, vendors and suppliers to resolve packaging quality issue and meet production schedule.
Collaborate with US/Asia Packaging team in supporting design development, artwork production and print quality control of packaging and instruction sheet.
Review artwork, proof or print sample to ensure accurate color reproduction and brand elements on all graphics work prior to release for printing.
Review and approve FEP/PP or production samples to assure printing quality, brand consistency and product pack out quality.
Collaborate with team to ensure development meet schedule and quality requirements.
Coordinate, update, review or approve artwork as needed.
Coordinate with manufacturing plants, printing vendors or suppliers to resolve various packaging development or production issues.
Coordinate and support preparation of trade show samples or licensor samples.
Coach junior designers.

Experience requirements:

Experience:
Minimum 3 years' experience in design or advertising sectors, preferably in toys or related industries.
Skills:
Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software
Detail oriented and preferably with print production experience
Good written English and fairly good spoken & listening English. Basic Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
Regular local travelling is required, approx. 1 to 2 hrs. distance away from Haiphong office.
