Job Purposes:


  • The IP Project Intern to be welltrained to provide proper operation supports for existing customers/projects, and ensure that all aspects of the projects are delivered in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • To ensure all assigned tasks are achieved.
  • Fully capable handling as an FTE Project Coordinator after 6 months of interim

Main Tasks:


  • Liaise with clients on an adhoc basis when solving serious operational problems or dealing with complaints
  • Provide supports to other projects within the office when called upon
  • Within the limits of the role be accountable for project delivery to time and budget as well as expected results for client satisfaction.
  • Assures the project execution is in accordance with policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved.
  • Ensure project shipment processing is executed in line with quality & safety procedures
  • Ensure all financial and administrative activities comply with DGF standards, at all times.
  • Work in accordance with all SOP's relating to the project.

Requirements:


  • College/University bachelor in International Business/ Foreign Trade/ Logistic & Supply Chain or relevant education preferably in Supply Chain/Logistic sector.
  • Have logic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Good attitude and teamwork
  • Fluent in English verbal/written communication
