Responsibilities

  • Her/His duty is facilitated in the communication between Account/Sales Managers with Korea sellers mainly translated into Korean language. Most of the time, this translation will be done during the online meetings/calls.
  • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with services
  • Following up with clients, solve any problem if have
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's questions
  • Escalating queries and concerns
  • Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
  • Working with a team of Account Manager to find appropriate solutions

Requirements:


  • At least 1year experience of working
  • Fluent in Korea, can speak English
  • She/He has a good attitude in learning and teamwork.

Salary: 15,000,000₫ - 19,000,000₫ per month
