Job summary:

Our client who is among top 10 pharmaceutical and nutrition companies worldwide is looking for a Head Of MT Channel Development

Responsibilities:

Develop Strategic channel plans at an Account Level & Modern Trade Channel level to meet the top line sales objective.
Develop and manage the Annual Business plans for National Level Accounts.
Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy, profitability, cost of sales growth plans in line with business strategy
Align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with the modern trade sales strategy and overall business strategy
Lead resource for planning portfolio growth initiatives with accounts, assortment planning, launch planning and execution, development and execution of Joint Business Plans.
Category management and Promotion planning.
Driving operational efficiency for modern trade channel.
Monitoring performance and taking corrective actions
Achieving consistent growth by managing various internal and external stakeholders
Lead resource for planning and negotiating for instore activations, merchandising, sellout plans with the accounts
Provide trade information, competitor's activities and market intelligent to company
Manage and review outstation outlets through frequent market visit and liaising with local Sales Management
Deliver the Perfect Punch for NPI/Launches through robust plans.
Take on the category advisory role.
Manage all strategic interfaces with all Accounts.
Manage industry interfaces and keep the organization informed about developments in the retail sector.
Manage other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
Supervise Channel Development Manager Modern Trade.

Experience requirements:

At least 5 years' experience at Manager level with significant achievements in managing a large area and a team of 10 staff.
Experience in Milk Industry/ Nutrition/ FMCG business in Modern Trade.
Good in English
