What you will do:

Engagement

Come up with an idea and execute the employee engagement activities (event, teambuilding and others);
Take care and develop the experience programs for the senior management team;
Evaluate the effectiveness of the programs, and happiness satisfaction through engagement programs.

Corporate Culture

Develop a plan for Corporate culture, and employee engagement through activities events and internal communication;
Collaborate with Internal teams in promoting recruitment brand and consider Zalo as a destination for talents in the field of technology as well as in organizing human development programs;

What you will need:

Have at least 5 years of experience in a Senior or Lead position in the field of Employee Engagement, Corporate Culture, Internal Communications and etc.;
Good at English;
Knowledge of HR is an advantage;
Ability to write, an advantage when knowing about design;
Be creative, proactively and independently drive towards results;
Good interpersonal skills with strong expertise in managing relationships and networks;
High energy, resourceful and adaptable;
Able to prioritize under deadline pressure;
Able to see the big picture as well as the small details.
