Roles And Responsibilities_
Take on the challenges of building a fintech product with cutting edge technologies and Cloud Native services.
Measure the impact of your team and set clear expectations and goals, create a positive team culture (e.g. curious, mutually challenging, collaborative). Lead teams that deliver on multiple projects of increasing dependencies in an ambiguous or highimpact area
Collaborate with crossfunctional peers to deliver with velocity and quality.
Proactively push yourself and others to keep raising the bar.
Improve engineering quality and efficiency (e.g. improve workflow, code review, etc.)
Tackle the challenging digitalization of very complex financial processes and logic.
Support Operation and Business teams to deliver excellent customer experience.

Your skills and experience:

6+ years of software engineering work experience, including handson technical management building holistic webbased software solutions, API design, and interactions between servers and clients
At least 2 years of solid work experience with TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS and SQL database. Preferrably handson.
At least 2 years of experience with building software on cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, )
Understanding of product development cycles, design thinking, and agile methodology.
Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management personnel
Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees, and schedules simultaneously
Exccellent command of English
