Responsibilities:

Recruiting, training and building sales team in the region
Manage, guide and support to ensure members meet group and individual goals
Understanding the market, understanding customers in the region, setting and completing business targets suitable to the management area
Support customers in the process of using Ninja Van's services
Develop strategies, propose policies and business development activities in the region
Coordinate with departments to implement business strategy

Requirements:

23 years of sales experience in the field of express delivery, ecommerce is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant
Passion for business, understand customer psychology, have goals and desire to achieve business development
Team management skills, time management, planning and implementation
Love to work with people, manage and help members progress together
Ability to analyze, synthesize and be sensitive to the market
Ability to selfdirection and resultoriented thinking, always proactive and go to the bottom of the problem to achieve the best work efficiency
Desire, development orientation in the field of ecommerce, eLogistics, Supply chain and desire to become part of an openminded staff, constantly learning and developing
