a) Budget and Cashflow

Assist the preparation of annual operating budget as well as funding plan for the company
Assist Chief Accountant with the day to day, month and yearend operation of the Accounting including grant management and budget reviews & analysis; services for the projects in charge
Manage/Follow up all comitments with Bank/credit institutions
Follow up and manage cash flow and bank transaction

b) Accounting

Prepare bank reconciliations for review
Review general ledger entries for invoices; check requests, expense reports, and vendor payments
Review general lonciliations for review
Monthly update actual amount to yearly budget/cashflow forecast
Record and monitor fix asset of company
Timely update information related to accounting laws, proposal for improving & implementing internal controls

c) Tax and financial reports

Prepare monthly financial staments, cash flow reports and other financial analysis reports
Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly tax report and other required reports from local authorities
Support the Chief Accountant to work with external audit
Examine the legality and accuracy of data and information on accounting documents
Perform other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant
