International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational consumer financial company.

Our highly respected client is seeking a Chief Operation Officer with at least 10 years' experience in managing multiple branches & operation.

The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives.
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
Participate in expansion activities (investments, corporate alliances).
Manage relationships with partners/vendors.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking and Finance, Economics or related field
Proven work experience in operation management/branch expanding for financial services companies/banking/consumer finances.
Excellent knowledge of retail banking/consumer finance in personal loan is preferable
Strong analytical skills.
Strong ethical behavior and the ability to work with sensitive financial information
