You will develop the 0-24-month IBP forecast by brand and at the stock keeping unit (SKU) level. You will coordinate, challenge and influence building block with input from sales, marketing and other partners. In addition, you will review the disaggregated short-term demand plan, which includes SKU/location mix and weekly pacing.

Finally, you will provide the finalized detailed demand plan by SKU to supply planners and adjust it based on feedback from supply planners or commercial teams.


How you will contribute

You will:

  • Contribute to the demand management cycle of the integrated business planning (IBP) process for your categories and to strategy and structure discussions
  • Liaise with the commercial and operational teams and develop ways to continuously improve communication between the functions to support the delivery of the business KPIs for their families
  • Manage forecast compilation process, which includes owning the shortterm weekly plan and the longterm forecast (three or more months)
  • Interact with modelling team to generate statistical forecasting
  • Participate in the integrated business planning process and manage the demand planning tool
  • Perform rootcause analysis for continuous plan improvement for key service issues, forecast error and bias, and share output with appropriate leadership

  • Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably in food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint
  • Experience within an IBP/S&OP environment
  • Able to influence crossfunctional teams, working on priorities and improving the plan
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, analytical skills and able to understand and interpret data
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis
  • Take ownership and lead the demand review for the future forecast and latest patterns being seen in sales
  • Generate accuracy baseline forecast by using statistical models in APO module of SAP and advanced tool
  • Advise Sale team about the uplift and frequency of promotions, the post loss after promotion, effectiveness of new launch/relaunch project, impact of price increase or decrease, seasonality and unexpected factors (out of stock, competitor activation, project delay ) based on I2M and IBP process
  • Data analysis & show opportunity/ risk at region /activity level to have a fastest plan on stock supply to react with market
  • Analyze the root causes of service loss to reflect into forecast and have interventions
  • Develop analytic reports and intelligent templates (Power Query, Power BI) which provide demand insights & methodologies to build forecasts
  • Own huge master data set in system to ensure accurate uptodate information and calculation
  • Lead Modern Trade Baseline Forecast transformation project to improve FC accuracy and service level for MT
  • Prepare reports for Country DR to highlight risk/opportunity in monthly meeting
  • Analyze demand movement & insights
  • Management with risk assessments and mitigation sales activities
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
  • Manage business waste provisions of brand to align with target & reduce waste in warehouse operation,
  • Follow up with warehouse team/OTC to manage storage location for slow moving SKUs and guide Buying team to utilize stock before material expiration
  • Manage and control SKUs portfolio: to review 9boxes for prepare data and follow up with Finance the list need to consider out
