About the role


As a Key Account Management professional, you will proactively identify key prospects, develop and build strategic partnership with them which in turn drives the achievement sales and financial results.

You have a deep passion for relationship and love to engage and provide solutions to customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales revenue and profit of HVAC business through project owners & developers in Hanoi.
  • Establish and maintain personal longterm customer relationships with strategically important prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
  • Participate in negotiations with potential large/complex customers and builds, maintains customer relationships to win projects.
  • Present new business proposals for major/strategic prospects, negotiate value, and address resistance to develop business.
  • Build and maintains strategic partnerships with key customers (owners, real estate developers, consultants, contractors) and drive customer satisfaction
  • Accountable for all contacts with the largest and/or most strategic prospects, establishes and maintains a professional relationship with the purpose of understanding and meeting the customer needs within the bound of contracted scope.
  • Work closely with internal related functions to drive results.
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales in M&E preferably HVAC in Project/Key Account Management Sales.
  • Have a good knowledge & capability of HVAC industry, a certain good network of project customers including big owners, developers, consultants, contractors.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales and financial objectives.
  • Good communications and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately, under pressure.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to followup on issues and progress to meet targets.
  • Capability to perform in a complex and changing environment.
  • Good command of English (both speaking and writing) to communicate with peers in the region.
