This means that you will have a responsibility to make sure it gets built in the most efficient and effective way to serve our customers.

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products and features
• Schedule and lead meetings to identify and solve product related problems for projects
• Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
• Engage and challenge customers to surface opportunities for our product and complement them with data and external research to guide our prioritization
• Work with our engineers to design and implement architecturally sound solutions in an Agile manner, communicating constantly, iterating quickly and shipping frequently
• Work with business users to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
• Follow through on new features and initiatives to see that they are adopted well by our customers
• Be the leader at the forefront as this role would require strong collaboration across various teams and be the focal point for all stake holders nearly in all functions
• Maximize your efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are norm
• Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
• Other tasks as assigned

• At least 5+ years of working experience as a Product Owner
• MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
• Indepth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problemsolving skills
• Creative thinker with a vision
• Attention to details
• Good at spoken and written in both Vietnamese and English
• Ability to work with crossfunctional teams to deliver on a common goal.
• Know how to define the product roadmap
