AIM OF THE JOB


Reporting to Sales & Marketing Manager/Director, this lead role will support and assist the sales and marketing team to do research and develop product catered to target buyers.

Implement effective marketing strategies for assigned projects in Hanoi with innovative marketing plans, materials to achieve company's goals and sales targets.


KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Perform market research, buyers survey to advise for the development of products that are well received and sought after by target buyers.
  • Able to analyze market situation, understand market insight and market trend.
  • Formulate the marketing brief and advise marketing proposition, project design, development theme, development facilities, product mix based on market trend, buyers' insight, feedback and information.
  • Able to comment and improve architecture design, development plan, layout plan and specification.
  • Develop and execute customer centric marketing plan for every project.
  • Maintain a creative mindset to push for innovative marketing tools and novel design ideas for new projects.
  • Prepare the Sales & Marketing plans and getting all required marketing collaterals and materials produced for marketing campaign roll out.
  • Work with other departments to prepare the legal agreements ready for execution. (eg. Registration Form, Deposit Contract, Sales & Purchase Agreement, Vendor Appointment Contracts, etc.)
  • Support Sales & Marketing team members to achieve the company's goals and individual targets.
  • Work with Sales Team in formulating the marketing and sales program (pricing paper, promotion, events, etc) to achieve the sales targets.
  • Being on top of the real estate trending news and market information to provide a weekly update.
  • Perform in compliance with company's policy and guidelines.
  • Other tasks and assignment by the management.

Yêu cầu công việc:


  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with at least 12 years working forinternational/large local real estate developer/agencies
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experienced in doing marketing research, buyer survey.
  • Experienced in commenting and improving development design, facilities and layout plan.
  • Experienced in doing pricing.
  • Willing to travel to project site when requested.
