    Requirements:
    • Minimum 10 years of Work Experience in Architectural Designing and in-depth knowledge of architectural principles and design
    • Should have Experience in successfully delivering large-scale renowned projects (Commercial & Residential Projects) through all work stages within APAC regions.
    • Should be qualified as Bachelor/ Master's degree qualified in related Architectural design fields or hold equivalent certification; professional registration is preferred.
    • Fluent in spoken and written English.
    • Enthusiasm for architecture and design, commitment, reliability and team spirit
    • Should be Proficient in Design Software and applications like Revit, Sketch Up and Auto Cad.
    • Experience in successfully delivering large-scale projects through all work stages within APAC regions.
    • Strong organisational and supervisory skills, you have a proven ability to manage projects and people to deliver outstanding results.
    • Any Expat / Locals can Apply.
    • Work Exposure to Middle East - UAE / Gulf / United States would be preferred.

    Job Profile:
    • Proficient in managing high-profile architectural and interior projects with corporate and private clients
    • Working with the team across projects to deliver design and technical excellence that meet high-quality standards.
    • Plans, coordinates, and manages the project process, maintaining involvement throughout.
    • Liaises with Design Director to ensure that innovative and thought-provoking projects are delivered consistently.
    • Leads project meetings and some client presentations, increasingly acting as the primary contact for client interaction and maintaining good relationships with clients to maximize opportunities for repeat business.
    • Role models and fosters a collaborative environment in which innovation is encouraged and best practices shared.
    • Leads, guides and provides training to junior talent, providing timely feedback that contributes to their continuing creative, technical and professional development.
    • Initiates or participates in the studio or group activities, leads brainstorming sessions and manages conflicts effectively.
    • Leads project meetings and some client presentations, increasingly acting as the primary contact for client interaction and maintaining good relationships with clients to maximize opportunities for repeat business.
    • Engages with colleagues to support the development of new business, enhancing internal and external communication via functions, events, forums and publications.
    • Assists in the preparation of fee bids and undertakes fee proposals and fee negotiations for projects.
    • Demonstrates a sound understanding of cost control, fee charging and project finance, and ensures project fees are maximized and project targets are achieved through sensible management of time and allocated resource.
