RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead product packing & processing departments to meet Health & Safety, Quality, Delivery performance with cost effectiveness;
Be a key player of global packing & processing teams to drive the packing & processing standardization, supporting global capacity and capability building and ramp up plan.
Be a member of LMV Leadership team and contribute towards effective functioning of LMV through collaboration with other functions.
Heading up packing & processing production operations in Vietnam including Prepack, Final Pack, Packing Maintenance, Manual Warehouse, Processing; secure that tasks handled in LMV packing & processing are done within the agreed frames.
Establish a recurring basis program for continuous improvement and LEAN approach.
Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

Preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or similar education background
At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within a fastpaced manufacturing environment, preferably in consumer goods industry.
Demonstrated leadership as well as ability to influence, develop, mentor, and provide support effectively, also in a matrix environment working with large crossfunctional, crosscultural and multifaceted teams.
Proficiency in project management, engineering, as well as experience with automation systems
Familiarization of plastic related processing methods (e.g., moulding, decoration, and assembly)
Experience in leading a modern warehouse and logistics delivery systems
Ability to adapt to new cultures and new ways of working;
Prior experience in setting up a similar scale manufacturing factory is considered highly advantageous.
Good command in written & conversational English and Vietnamese.
