• Establishing estimation, proposing development solution with customer
• Making project plan, monitoring and controlling project progress, complying company's process.
• Directing project team in essential work tasks of software development (e.g., requirement definition, software design, implementation, testing)
• Accountable for success of the project in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery.
• Leading and managing team to counter risk and issues during project execution.
• Communicating and discussing directly with customer about requirement specifications.

• Conduct training & coaching
  leaders/members in software engineering development if required.

• At least
  5 year experiences of Web system development
  (Java or other) with firm knowledge of software engineering (requirement, software design, programing, testing).
• Able to investigate & acquire quickly knowledge about system specification & technical insight.
• Good mindset in software structural design to assure reliability, maintainability, portability and efficiency of the source code.
• Familiar with designing software using UML, Flow Chart.

• Experiences in development/deployment on the Cloud (AWS, Azure).

• Strong knowledge & hand on experiences in software project estimation, planning, monitoring & control, risk & issue management.
• At least
  02 years playing role of project management. Having experiences to manage multiple project teams at the same time is an advantage.
• Deep understanding/experiences in quality assurance process: CMMI or equivalent;

• 
  Data-driven thinking & management is a plus

  :$2000 $3000:
