ZaloPay is a fast-growing mobile payment provider in Vietnam since it commenced operations in 2017.

We aim to serve Vietnam's large underbanked population, accelerate financial inclusion and leverage technology to improve access to Fintech services for our users and merchants.

In 2020, ZaloPay officially integrated into the messaging app Zalo to provide users daily in-app services such as money transfers, phone top-ups, and other financial services.

As Associate Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for Platform Traffic including planning, execution managing, monitoring all traffic initiatives that aligns with ZaloPay growth strategy & objectives.

Together with the Traffic team, manager need to focus in 1) Build, plan & implement traffic acquisition strategy 2) Identify key traffic acquisition KPIs & setting metrics

Online Media: 30%

  • Propose online media plan to push campaign/platform traffic performance
  • Monitor & manage performance of online campaigns
  • Research best in class case study in market as well as new media sources to propose new approaches to business
Onsite Assets: 10%- Build up Onsite Assets Management System to increase app inventories' performance

  • Tracking, measure & analyze user in app behavior to maximize user engagement & conversions
  • CRM: 60%- Overseeing & managing customer relationship management systems & strategies
  • Deploy all CRM channel's operation to ensure commercial and marketing activities are communicated effectively and efficiently
  • Be responsible for content creation, including content planning, writing, copy editing & optimizing for each customer segmentation across all CRM's channels.
  • Evaluate content's performance on daily basis and propose action.
  • Brainstorm with the whole team to develop new ideas. Involve in planning and execution to deliver the business target in all big campaigns.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to deliver the overall business target
  • Define customer segmentation to increase customer portfolio, their lifetime value contribution and purchase rate

Yêu cầu:


  • Solid 6 years experiences in growth marketing, growth hacking, especially CRM management is preferable
  • Proven track outstanding record of driving traffic & CRM management
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Datadriven mindset and experience using data to inform decisionmaking
  • Excellent presentation & communication skill with strong collaboration abilities
  • Openminded, inquisitive, and good at problem solving
