Conduct the Quality Assurance Reviews, Reports and Follow up as per the Operation Quality Assurance plan.

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure the timeliness and Auality Assurance Reviews according to the Operation Quality Assurance plan

(Đảm bảo thời gian và chất lượng của các cuộc Rà Soát Chất lượng giao dịch bảo hiểm theo kế hoạch).
- Effectively coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the findings are closed timely;
(Phối hợp hiệu quả với các phòng/ban khác trong Khối Vận hành/ Công ty đảm bảo các phát hiện được đóng đúng thời gian).
- Conduct the ad-hoc review/analysis to address Management's concern on the risk of the Operations division/ Company ;
(Triển khai rà soát/phân tích ngoài chuyên đề để giải quyết lo ngại của Ban Lãnh Đạo về các rủi ro của khối Vận hành/ Công ty).
- Support to build and equip employees with necessary knowledge and skills to meet the the requirement.

(Hỗ trợ xây dựng và trang bị kiến thức, kỹ năng cần thiết cho nhân viên để đáp ứng các nghiệp vụ yêu cầu)

Job Requirements:
Qualifications / Bằng cấp
- Mandatory: Under-graduates in related areas (Auditing/Accounting/Banking/Economics/Commerce);
- (Tốt nghiệp các ngành liên quan như: Kiểm toán, Kế toán, Ngân hàng, Kinh tế hoặc Thương mại)._

Experience
_/ Kinh nghiệm_
- 1-3 year of working experience in a operational risk management role or auditing role, preferably with Big4 who has experience in life insurance industry
năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong vai trò quản lý rủi ro hoạt động hoặc vai trò kiểm toán, ưu tiên người có kinh nghiệm trong ngành bảo hiểm nhân thọ trong các công ty Big4)_
- Beneficiary: Good knowledge in the insurance/banking business and Internal Auditor experience is preferred/
- (Ưu tiên có kiến thức tốt về ngành Bảo hiểm/ Ngân hàng_
- và có kinh nghiệm Kiểm toán nội bộ)._

Knowledge and skill / Kiến thức và kỹ năng
- Have knowledge of Insurance/Finance/Audit
- Có kiến thức về Bảo hiểm/Tài chính/ Kiểm toán_
- Have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, khả năng truyền đạt._
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
