Mô Tả Công Việc:

Not just technical support, responsible for deploying the basic of DAIKIN service engineer (Manners, dress, knowledge, and technical).
Perform activities related to special matters instructed by UP aftersales service management, special support to follow customer's culture: Special cases, special issues.
For expanding maintenance sales, strengthen selling of advanced monitoring maintenance and comprehensive maintenance that other companies cannot do.
Minimize conflicts with our contractors who also provide maintenance services.
Technical support: Improve technical skills through bronze, silver, gold test, 100% service staffs will be trained by Training Department
AirNet,

Demand Respond:
Annual training nation - wide at HCM. Training at SS and visit AirNet, DR customers under SS. Monthly or quarterly reports, explanation the report to SS, to customers

Hi-Technology: Developing some new technologies in Vietnam
Quality control the ratio failure in general & individual issue in particular on DAV
Support technical knowledge for service department base on Service News from factories,...

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

Bachelor
Major in HVAC / Thermal Engineer / Electrical Engineer. Have knowledge about Internet.
No experience required
Good at English communication (verbal and written)
Friendly, dynamic, patient and detail oriented.
Able to work independently and in a team and able to work under high pressure.
Accepted to travel for business trip
Good at MS Office and AutoCAD
