Key Accountabilities:

-
Storytelling, under the leadership of the Manager:

  • Manage pitches, earned media and paid media, translate our strategic narratives into press releases, compelling pitches, and earned and paid stories in the media. Maintain Always On Comms
  • Work as Comms business partner to a variety of internal stakeholders, including but not necessarily limited to Brand & Marketing (on Brand Comms/PR), Sustainability (on Sustainability Comms), Public Affairs (on Policy Comms) and People Function (on EVP).
  • Bring strategic and innovative storytelling in line with Comms' strategic storytelling strategy and to the agreed KPIs and ROI with these stakeholders.

Media/ KOL Relations:


  • Support the Manager and the team to maintain strategic relationship with HEINEKEN Vietnam's network of Media and KOLs
  • Execute media & KOL relations projects

Reputation Management

  • Supervise media monitoring and social listening as part of issue/crisis management
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the Manager

Agency and Budget Management:


  • Under the leadership of the Manager manage external agencies and assigned budget with Cost and Value mindset, while ensuring excellent execution, and committed KPIs and ROI with all plans and campaigns.
  • Manage paper and system work with Procurement, Finance, Team and external agencies to ensure excellent execution of projects run by the team

Qualifications:

University Degree, or higher educations in Communications, Business Management, Marketing, Journalism or Languages/ Liberal Arts


Experience Required:


  • Up to 3 years in communications, in house in a fastpaced business environment or with an agency
  • Previous Corp Comms, Brand Comms/ PR
  • Strong understanding of new trends in Comms (content, format, channel, platform, data and analytics)
  • Excellent communication skills
