    • We will conduct the following research and analysis as part of our search for investment opportunities.○Target profile
    • Create a FINANCIAL model using EXCEL
    • Analyse of transaction valuation
    • Investigate other evaluation materials
    • Create internal presentation materials
    • Participate in meetings with collaborating teams and external parties (Online/Offline)
    • Follow the internal approval process
    • Collaborate with the team for M&A execution

    Necessary Skill / Experience ・Education:

    Bachelor's degree or more・Gender:
    Any・Age: 27-33・Language: Business skills in English・Having 1-2 years of experience in consulting and dealing with fund investment projects・Have experience at Big4 consulting companies or Investment Banks・Having good knowledge of hospital business operation・Good understanding M&A business & processPreferable Skill / Experience・Having 3-4 years of experience in consulting and dealing with fund investment projects・Having Analyst skills・Have good understanding healthcare industry
