- Review and assess incoming resumes to identify exceptional talent that meets our requirements in AI, NLP, and LLM.
- Develop and nurture a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future positions, with a focus on critical roles like Annotators and others essential to our operations.
- Conduct research and establish connections with potential agencies and institutions to streamline our recruitment efforts.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process in collaboration with our hiring teams, managing candidate communications and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and platforms to attract and track qualified candidates, implementing innovative recruitment methods.
- Collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to facilitate introductions and enhance candidate engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment, preferably in the technology or AI sectors, or in roles related to text annotation, transcription, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills, proficient in English (knowledge of additional languages is advantageous).
- Detail-oriented and well-organized approach, capable of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills, comfortable working both independently and in team settings.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
- Flexibility to accommodate business requirements, including varied working hours (preferably in the PST time zone, may include weekends).
- Passion for human language technology and a keen interest in AI, marketing initiatives, and product research.
- Experience working with multicultural teams and diverse environments.
