    Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, where you have experience in overseeing complex, technical projects. The ideal candidate will excel in Agile methodologies, adeptly managing stakeholders and delivering concise project updates to senior management. With a background in public safety environments and expertise in data analytics, this role is pivotal in driving impactful initiatives for the community's benefit.

    Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.

    Must Haves:

  • Project Management Experience:
  • Over 10 years of project management experience in highly technical cross-functional projects
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, refining their use on a project-by-project basis
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and distribute project updates, progress reports, and lead presentations for senior management
  • Analytics and Communication Experience:
  • Skilled in acquiring skilled technical resources and managing project stakeholders' expectations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at engaging stakeholders with diverse backgrounds
  • Experience in resolving resourcing and interpersonal conflicts while meeting deadlines
  • Technical Experience:
  • Understanding of large-scale software deployments and technical problem-solving skills
  • Coordination of matrix teams across business analysts, development, and QA
  • Direct experience in business-oriented data analysis and project management platforms usage
  • Public Safety Experience:
  • Experience in data-related projects like analytics, ETL, and data visualization
  • Proficiency in PowerBI for dashboard projects and familiarity with MS Azure
  • Background in public safety environments such as ambulance, fire, or police
