    Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, where you have experience in conducting intricate business assessments and leveraging Salesforce administration. This pivotal role requires proactive problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of IT trends and technologies. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, possess strong leadership capabilities, and demonstrate a commitment to driving improvements in public-sector healthcare initiatives.

    Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.

    Must Haves:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration
  • Over 10 years of experience in business analysis, including leading and conducting detailed assessments
  • Regular review and analysis of production logs to provide proactive solutions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of I&IT business analysis, including maintaining relationships and advising on improvements Criteria:
  • IT Knowledge and Experience:
  • Demonstrated awareness of emerging IT trends and technologies
  • Highly proficient in MS Office products and cloud-based technologies
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies and contact center technology
  • Familiarity with Salesforce administration and CRM product development
  • Business Analysis Skills:
  • Expertise in leading business analysis at various levels of detail
  • Creation of procedures to deploy changes in production environment with minimal impact
  • Ability to conduct gap analysis and develop business cases for IT initiatives
  • Strong documentation skills for business requirements and technical specifications
  • Public Sector/Healthcare Experience:
  • Over 5 years of experience in public sector healthcare
  • Familiarity with Public Sector Enterprise Architecture and Project Management Institute (PMI) standards
  • Experience with large, complex IT health-related projects
  • General Skills:
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Effective consulting and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and deadline-driven team player
