- Develop paid media quotation related to media channels: Facebook, Google (SEM, GDN, Youtube, ), Tik Tok, Zalo, based on the clients brief
- Create and execute a strong execution plan to meet the KPI (paid ads) for clients and gross profit for the company.
- Analyze real-time performance to determine the possibility to meet the campaign objectives and take key learning to propose optimization tactics at the right time
- Always-on keep track the performance to foresee and control all risks that may happen
- Perform analysis of live or historical campaigns in order to find trends in the data to improve the performance of current and future campaigns
- Work closely with internal team and other functional teams to run campaign smoothly
- Coordinate with media partners (adnetwork - Admicro, Adtima, or affiliate - AccessTrade) if required
- Update changes in ads system: Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, Zalo, to have back-up solutions or to adjust the proposed plan appropriately
- Support to make proposal for pitching and present to clients
- Always on update the digital trends or new ad solutions to propose new solutions for clients
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience working as performance executive (paid ads)
- Have deep understanding of ads system: Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, Zalo,
- Experience in industries such as banking, insurance, fast food, B2B, is a plus
- Have positive energy and be open-minded to welcome new challenges in new projects
- Be good at communication and problem solving skill to work smoothly with internal team and cross-functional team to get issue done effectively
- Be good at presentation skill
