Job Description:

Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery, and warranty terms with suppliers, signing purchase contracts and orders.
Search for and approve transport forwarders, prepare and check purchasing documents to ensure accuracy and validity, and send them to the forwarder for customs clearance procedures and importation.
Monitor the entire process of order fulfillment from placement to receipt, ensuring timely delivery and quality according to purchase requirements and production schedules.
Report and address any discrepancies in quantity and quality with suppliers upon receipt of goods.
Periodically inventory and manage assets purchased from suppliers; periodically evaluate and classify supplier ratings.
Reconcile payments with suppliers.
Other duties as required by the Department Head.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in fields such as Foreign Trade Economics, International Trade, Accounting, etc., and related fields. Proficient in international trade conditions and customs procedures.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Supplying and Procurement. Directly source suppliers and purchase mechanical, electronic, and automotive-related components and parts.
Experience in purchasing from abroad, candidates with experience working in a formal, professional environment are preferred.
Quick, dynamic, responsible, and decisive in work.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in English or Chinese. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
