JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Negotiating and dealing Contracts with outlet owner. Acquire Major account, minimizing major account moving to competitor.
  • Supervising all sales activities and Sales Team's performance in Key Account Outlets/Group.
  • Responsible for all related matters of Sales, Distribution in Key Accounts Group
  • Build and maintain high performance of sale team to achieve the sales target; responsible for all planning and communication required for flawless execution in the field.
  • Drive outlets execution standards to ensure onelook standards; adheres to quality standards for product freshness and presentation
  • Responsible for implementing customer contracts, develops and nurtures valueenhancing strategic partnerships with Key Account
  • Utilize sales tools to analyze, develop, and execute strategic sales plans
  • Develops annual budget plans by account tracks and reports progress periodically or as requested
  • Build PICOS per channel. Work with brand team/ Trade team to initiate new way of merchandising, visibility. Negotiate with customers to have best merchandising execution.
  • Customer business analysis/development/management. Half year business review with Key Account Group. Work with customers on specific Joint business plans. Analysed / review customers' volume/ margin, then following up on execution to ensure planning things happened in real
  • Deliver Key Account sales volume & NSR. Work closely with Local MOT teams to monitor monthly/quarterly volume. Ensure Key account following commitment.
  • Build national KA team capability. Trainings provided to National KA teams base on the job training/coaching.
  • Other tasks assigned by the line Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor degree, preferable in business/marketing
  • Advance computer skills in Msword, Excel, PowerPoint.

Experience / skills required:


  • At least 35 years of experience managerial in beer or spirit companies with Modern On Trade channel
  • Role Key Account Group Customer
  • Having strong network & relationship in Key account
  • On Trade channel (F&B Group and Hospitality Channel)
  • Business Acumen & Customercentricity
  • Negotiating & Dealing with Complexity
  • Problem solving, strategic thinking and initiative
  • Good planning & Communication
  • Customer business analysis/management, Program execution management, Direct sales
