    Job Overview

    Our Client, a pioneering educational company specializing in Chinese language tutoring, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Team Lead to expand our B2B segment. This role is crucial for establishing and nurturing partnerships with educational centers across Vietnam, ultimately driving the adoption of our licensing model and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in partnership building and market expansion in the education sector.

    Responsibilities

    Strategy Development: Craft and execute strategies for entering and expanding within the educational center market, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.

    Partnership Management: Identify potential educational center partners, negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing relationships to ensure alignment and mutual benefit.

    Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitor dynamics within the educational sector.

    Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of business development professionals, setting clear goals and expectations to achieve business targets.

    Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.

    Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators for the business development team, monitoring and reporting on progress to senior management.

    Stakeholder Engagement: Represent Chichat Tutor at industry events, conferences, and networking events to build the company's profile and attract potential partners.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

    At least 5 years of experience in business development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the education or EdTech sectors.

    Strong understanding of the Vietnamese education market and existing network within local educational centers is highly desirable.

    Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to secure and grow strategic partnerships.

    Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments and leading a team effectively.
