- Be the area Champion on the assigned categories with full alignment with ACM, Area Brand comm., Area Sport Marketing
- Support VM Manager in integrating Country Retail Calendar (mono, multi-brand) with Brand comm/Sport Marketing/ GTM/ Sales/ Retail and review regularly.
- Timely and impactful implementation of campaign, promotion, event, CRM program.
- Execute VM including monthly route plan in adidas control/selling area with the co-ordination and help from sales team.
- Regularly rollout VM trainings and measuring its effectiveness.
- Set up sell-in event according to the agreed category/brand message from GTM.
- Follow global, regional and area guidelines.
- Lead special projects if assigned.
- Full integration with country Brand comm./Sport Marketing/ GTM/ Sales and Retail team

- Design background will be an advantage
