As On's Head of Sourcing Footwear, you are responsible for leading On's footwear sourcing team (Material Sourcing, Development Engineering, Production Planning, and Manufacturing Operations) with a long term strategic vision.

Your mission
– Shape On's footwear sourcing strategy (all tiers)
– Drive and implement the sourcing strategy through pragmatic and impactful initiatives
– Drive pragmatic actions to transform On's footwear manufacturing and automation to a new level
– Build and develop the footwear sourcing team through projects and responsibilities
– Inspire a collaborative and high performance team culture
– Establish and nurture trust-based and meaningful relationships with all key business partners
– Bring new innovation projects fast into inline
– Drive digital creation and automation with our partners
– Live and share our commitment to sustainability
Your story
– An entrepreneurial and open mindset, an eagerness for differentiation and a natural push for excellence
– 15+ years of experience in sourcing or manufacturing (across in-house and/or OEM environments) of high performance products
– You have 'deep' experience implementing automation in production
– You are a visionary leader, you have comprehensive experience in leading, coaching and developing a high performance team
– You are native to a complex reporting organization, you are highly collaborative
– This position is based in Vietnam, with frequent travel to Zurich, Indonesia and China; our working language is English
