Roles and Responsibilities
Client Onboarding: Ensure a seamless integration process for new clients by acquainting them with Qure's product suite, conducting thorough training sessions, and overseeing smooth implementation. Key responsibilities include setting up accounts, coordinating with the engineering team for software customization, and guiding clients through initial product utilization.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with clients by serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and issues. Regularly engage with clients through updates, check-ins, and prompt resolution of queries or concerns.
Cross-functional Collaboration for Deliverables: Collaborate closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the timely delivery of client requirements. Strive to enhance the customer experience and offer valuable insights to refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
Reporting on Success Metrics: Monitor and report on key client success indicators, such as product adoption, satisfaction levels, and retention rates. Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement.
Client Advocacy: Advocate for client needs within the company by conveying their feedback and collaborating with product, engineering, and other teams to prioritize and address client requirements. Work in conjunction with sales, marketing, product, and engineering departments to develop a cohesive strategy for client success, product enhancement, and account expansion.
Skills and Expertise:
Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for candidates with healthcare industry experience.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in Vietnamese and English.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Interest in learning about technology products.
Process-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to task completion.
