- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align strategies and objectives effectively.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.
- Drive brand visibility by organizing and participating in marketing events.
- Possess 5 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Service, Product Management, or Sales within multinational environments, including at least 2 years in Marketing.
- Previous involvement in the composites, adhesives, or chemical industry is advantageous.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Proficient in marketing tools and technologies, with strong analytical skills, particularly in MS Excel.
- Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- A data-driven mindset coupled with creativity to drive success.
- Solid business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative team player accustomed to working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
